i found the room very luxurious it was also clean the tea coffee biscuits and a small bottle of gin in the room were welcome treats the bed was comfy i slept soundly breakfast offered a good variety of continental and hot options. the location is great near the top of the hill leading down to the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed one minor issue the menus in different areas were a little confusing at different times it wasn't a major problem but it did require some clarification from the staff.

the hotel is positioned perfectly near the summit of the hill this location provides easy access to the seaside and allows for convenient exploration of the surrounding area it is truly ideal.

breakfast had a large selection of options it included both continental choices and hot dishes which made for a satisfying start to the day the variety catered to different preferences well.

the building exudes luxury and thoughtful touches are present throughout the hotel robes and fluffy towels were provided in the room i was very happy to have parking available on site.

my room had a sea view i also found dyson hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities in the room a complimentary whitby gin with tonic and bottles of harrogate water were provided too.

Our sea view room gave peace. it has a comfy bed, so soft. bottled water and yorkshire tea added a gentle touch. parking was free near the hotel. It made arrivals smooth.
the burger i ordered was burnt. the staff didnt check back so it was hard to fix.

breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choice. they served eggs benedict with lovely views in the orangery. the waiting staff were attentive; food came fast, perfect for our group.
